From its beginnings in residential projects, the company marked a decisive turning point in 2017 by contributing to the metamorphosis of the renowned Fouquet's hotel in Paris. OÏKO has since consolidated its reputation by orchestrating prestigious projects such as the Maison Villeroy in Paris and the Carl Gustaf in Saint-Barthélemy.
Continuing its momentum, OÏKO has strengthened its global presence, inaugurating a branch in the Caribbean in 2019 and an agency on the splendid Côte d'Azur in 2022. Going even further, the company has projected its know-how in French-speaking Africa and has marked his mark with remarkable projects in the Alps.
