MAISON VILLEROY - PARIS
OÏKO brought its comprehensive expertise in home automation and audiovisual to the creation of the Maison Villeroy hotel. This encompasses intelligent management of lighting, blinds and curtains, as well as state-of-the-art audio-visual systems to deliver a luxurious experience throughout every moment of your stay.

CARL GUSTAF - SAINT BARTHÉLÉMY
OÏKO played an essential role in the construction of the Le Carl Gustaf hotel in Saint Barthelemy by executing the entire low current perimeter. This included the implementation of IPTV, the establishment of a robust network, Lutron lighting and blind management for unrivaled comfort, advanced room management thanks to Crestron, as well as a multilingual application . This app gives guests full control over their room, access to their favorite TV channels, and the ability to place room service orders, providing a premium and fully personalized experience.
HOTEL MARTINEZ - CANNES
OÏKO brought its expertise to the Martinez Hotel by managing the lighting of its luxurious suites with the Lutron system. In addition, our team provided lighting management for the magnificent Martinez beach using Crestron technology. An exceptional visual experience for every space.
