OIKO is an ultra-high-end AV and home automation integrator created in 2016 by Alexandre Dupeu, its founder and director. The company designs, integrates and programs audiovisual and building-control systems for a demanding clientele: palaces, 5-star hotels, villas and chalets for UHNW clients, luxury boutiques and corporate headquarters. OIKO masters the full technical scope, from design and integration through commissioning to remote supervision.
OIKO operates through two legal entities. In France, OIKO SAS is headquartered at 40 avenue Aristide Briand, 92220 Bagneux, near Paris. In Switzerland, OIKO Swiss SA, incorporated in 2025, is based in Lausanne (canton of Vaud). Beyond these two head offices, OIKO maintains agencies and operating bases on the French Riviera (La Seyne-sur-Mer), in the Alps (Moûtiers, Tarentaise), in Monaco and in the Caribbean (Saint-Barthélemy). This footprint enables OIKO to support projects across Europe, the Caribbean and Africa.

OIKO holds Crestron Elite Platinum partner status — the highest tier of Crestron's partner program, reserved by invitation for a select group of integrators — and counts three Crestron Masters Certified Programmers on its team, a rare concentration of certified programming expertise. OIKO is also a certified Lutron partner for hospitality integration (Lutron HTI, Hospitality Technology Integrator), KNX-certified, and a Schneider Electric EcoXpert partner for building and residential automation. OIKO further masters the Bose and Vismes ecosystems.
