Luxury residential home automation refers to the centralised, bespoke integration of all of an exceptional residence's technical systems, controlled from wall keypads, touch screens or a smartphone, and supervised remotely. At OIKO, every villa or chalet is designed individually: circadian and scenographic lighting (Lutron HomeWorks, Ketra), motorised shading, home cinema and multiroom audio (Bose, Steinway Lyngdorf), video distribution (Crestron), heating and climate, access control and security. The goal: invisible, reliable and intuitive technology that steps back in favour of comfort and the aesthetics of the place.

This multi-brand mastery lets us tailor the technical architecture to each residence rather than imposing a single solution.
